The Aeterna Atelier operates under a strict set of operational mandates designed to protect the sanctity of the Resident’s estate and the structural integrity of the design. By entering a Residency, both the Atelier and the Resident agree to the following protocols.

I. The Protocol of Discretion (Zero-Footprint)

The Atelier exists in the shadows of the digital world.

• The Privacy Firewall: We do not maintain public social media. We do not "tag" residents, nor do we capture identifiable imagery within an estate.

• Electronic Silence: During a Residency, all Atelier mobile devices are secured. Communication is restricted to necessary operational coordination with Estate Managers or Personal Assistants.

• Anonymity: Our team arrives in unbranded, premium vehicles. We do not disclose our location or the identity of our Residents to any third-party entities.

II. The Standard of Structural Integrity

We are preservationists first, architects second.

• The 5-Inch Mandate: To ensure a stable foundation and healthy tension distribution, we require a minimum of five inches of natural fiber.

• Trichological Assessment: Every residency begins with a scalp and fiber analysis. We reserve the right to modify a 'Texture Edit' if the biological foundation is compromised (e.g., active alopecia or severe thinning).

• The Clean Fiber Guarantee: We utilize only ethically sourced, pH-balanced, and chemically neutral fibers.

III. The In-Residence Environment

We integrate into your estate; we do not disrupt it.

• The infrastructure: Residents must provide a dedicated, well-lit space for the residency (Private Suite or In-Home Salon). Access to a professional hair washing basin is preferred for the 'Architectural Cleansing' phase.

• The Speed-Team Dynamics: For 'Accelerated Residencies,' the Atelier deploys a square of 2-3 Artisans. This team operates in coordinated silence to minimize the time-impact on the Resident’s schedule.

• Leave-No-Trace: Upon conclusion, the Atelier executes a full sanitation and reclamation of the workspace. We leave the estate in the exact condition, if not better, than we found it.

IV. Global Logistics & Commitment

• The Retainer: A non-refundable 50% curation retainer fee is required to secure a Residency date. This covers the custom-sourcing of materials and the reservation of our Speed-Team.

• The Global Window: For international or maritime residencies, logistics (Private Air/Ground/Security) must be finalized 72 hours prior to deployment.

• Punctuality: Time is our most valuable asset. The Atelier team arrives exactly 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start for setup. We expect the Resident to be available at the commencement of the 'Foundational Hour.
